Insulated material that serves as both interior base formwork and insulation. It significantly improves indoor environment due to high insulation performance and reduces construction costs by streamlining the construction process.
The "Eco Life Board" is a building material used primarily for constructing walls in RC (reinforced concrete) houses and apartments, combining 50mm thick bead method polystyrene foam (EPS) insulation with studs (vertical frames). The lightweight EPS insulation also serves as formwork, allowing for the completion of insulation work (internal insulation in RC) simply by removing the shoring after concrete placement. Additionally, the studs adhered to the insulation serve as the base for interior finishes, allowing gypsum boards to be directly attached, and enabling electrical wiring along the protruding studs with F cables, thus eliminating the need for embedded piping in indoor electrical work.
